My story
Hi, I am Steph, the slightly sassy, always the curious kitty heart behind Unchained Travel.
I grew up in a very open, very loving world. I have always known I am poly and pansexual. I was taught from a young age that love is not limited by gender, that connection can look a lot of different ways, and that everyone deserves to be seen and accepted. Loving people as they are feels completely natural to me. It is my favorite hobby and my default setting.
Fast forward to my relationship with Sean. We spent years building a strong foundation, talking about everything, exploring fantasies, and being very honest about what we both wanted from life and love. In 2022 we finally decided to open our relationship. It was not a fast decision. It was a lot of late night conversations, laughter, “what if” talks, and deep trust. When we opened up, it felt less like breaking a rule and more like giving our connection more room to breathe.
In 2023 we took our first lifestyle friendly resort trip together. We went to Desire Riviera Maya and Temptation Cancun and it completely changed everything. The energy at those adults only resorts hooked us on day one. Theme nights, pool parties, people who actually talk about what they want, playful flirting, and a community where poly, pansexual, ENM, and swinger friendly folks are normal rather than the exception. We fell in love with lifestyle travel on that trip and never really came back the same.
How Unchained Travel was born
On every vacation after that first trip I kept thinking the same thing. “Why is it so hard to find all of these trips in one place.” I would spend hours digging through Facebook groups, hidden links, secret event pages, and random booking sites just to piece together where the next resort takeover, lifestyle cruise, or adults only event was happening. It was exciting but also frustrating. If you did not already know the right people, you could miss some of the best experiences.
So we decided to fix that. Together, Sean and I made it our mission to build a space where lifestyle travelers can find lifestyle friendly resorts, resort takeovers, and adults only cruises in one place. A spot where open minded couples and singles can scroll and say “Yes. That is our vibe. That is our next trip.” Unchained Travel is the love child of my pansexual, poly heart and our obsession with LS travel.
What I love helping you find
For me this is not just a business. I really believe in that old line that if you find a job you love, it no longer feels like work. Curating sexy resort weeks, wild theme nights, and flirty cruise lineups is genuinely fun for me.
