Where you stay will change the feel of the trip a little. The Paggeria main hotel puts you closest to the primary restaurant, bar and main pool. The Borgo options give you more variety, apartment-style layouts and access to the village restaurant, complimentary spa, additional restaurants and gelateria.
The walk between the village accommodations and the main hotel is listed at roughly 400 feet, so this is not a situation where you need transportation just to get back and forth between the two areas.
If you care most about being in the middle of the event, we would look first at Paggeria. If you care more about space, a kitchenette, a terrace or a more distinctive Tuscan room, the Borgo and Fagianaie choices are where the real variety starts.
