Group cancellation policy. Summary
TRYST uses a written group cancellation policy managed by Right Connections Travel. This is a simplified summary. The legal terms on your invoice and booking documents always control.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Accepted methods include certified letter, email with receipt, or fax. Phone and text are not accepted.
- At 180 days or more before arrival. A fee per reservation applies, with higher fees for suites.
- From 179 to 151 days before arrival. The cancellation fee increases per reservation and per suite.
- From 150 to 121 days before arrival. Higher cancellation fees apply again, with separate amounts for suites.
- At 120 days or less before arrival and for no shows. The reservation becomes fully non refundable with a 100 percent cancellation charge.
- Late arrivals and early departures are not refundable.
- Transfers from other events follow the cancellation terms that applied to the original event and may involve a transfer fee and management approval.
- No shows may also be charged an additional fee, and upsells such as cabanas, alcohol bands, and reserved chairs are non refundable.

Room categories and sample package structure

Examples include Bash Tower Ocean View, Bash Tower Playful Experience, Lush Tower Suites, Plush Jacuzzi rooms, Seduction Beachfront Suites, and Trendy Ocean View rooms. Each option lists the nightly rate, included transfers, deposit amount, and payment schedule.
